About the Journal

Mapalus Law Journal (MLJ) is an international journal published biannually by the Antmind Youth Empower Foundation. This journal examines the complexity of legal systems through an integrative perspective encompassing Islamic law, Indonesian positive law, and customary law, emphasizing their harmonization and implementation in Muslim minority regions. MLJ will facilitate the publication of research papers and scientific articles relating to legal sciences through a rigorous peer-review process. Within dynamic societies, the journal serves as a platform for academic discourse that bridges legal theory with its practical implementation, mainly focusing on issues relating to the existence and protection of Muslim communities in non-Muslim majority areas. As a journal committed to the development of legal science, MLJ encourages innovative research contributions in analyzing and providing solutions to various contemporary legal issues.
